To ensure a premium shopping experience, we eliminate all financial friction from the return process:

  • Return Shipping Fees: $0.00. Vestohome covers all return shipping fees. Upon approval of your return request, we will email you a prepaid, fully-trackable shipping label. You do not need to pay for return freight.
  • Restocking Fees: $0.00. We do not charge any administrative, restocking, restocking handling, or processing fees for returned items.

3. Step-by-Step Return Instructions

To ensure automated tracking and safe credit processing, please follow our standardized return procedure:

  1. Send a formal return request to our customer support email at support@vestohome.com. Please state your original Order Number (e.g., #VESTO1001) and briefly specify the reason for the return.
  2. Our support agents will review the request within 24 hours. Upon verification, we will email you a downloadable, prepaid return shipping label and clear drop-off instructions.
  3. Place the item securely in its original packaging, print the prepaid label, and affix it to the exterior of the box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are completely obscured.
  4. Drop the package off at the designated local courier location specified on the return label.

Warning: Returns sent back to our registered office address or warehouse without obtaining prior formal authorization and our official prepaid return label will be rejected and will not qualify for credit.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
