3. Order Tracking

4. Delivery Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately via email at support@vestohome.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the handling status or has been collected by the courier, we cannot modify the destination address or cancel the order.

5. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your package arrives physically damaged or if tracking indicates that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and provide a priority replacement or a full refund at absolutely no additional cost to you.
